I like to buy chicken breasts when they're on sale (they were on sale last week for 1.98/lb and I bought 13 lbs!!), brine them in mass quantities, individually wrap them in saran wrap and freeze them in my FoodSaver bags. Then, when it's a nice day, I'll pull out a bag of 6 or so and grill them!!
(We are also infamous for buying several packages of bacon, and frying them out on the deck. Bacon freezes REALLY well, and it's perfect to pull out a slice to crumble into eggs or an omelet!)
