With the help of "Word" I made and framed three decorative plaques that hang by my bathroom mirror, so that they are the first thing I see in the morning. The first is Joshua 24:15, "Choose God," next is Ps. 118:24 "Choose Joy," and finally one from me that says, "Choose Health."
Since our lives are determined by our choices, why not make those choices deliberately and consciously?

Do everything. Record what you eat and the amounts for three days. Get plenty of sleep for three days. Drink 8 glasses of water for three days. Eat your veggies and fruits for three days. Get some sunlight fro three days. Exercise for three days. Spark for three days... Etc.
I make changes in the food I eat in small increments. This helps me to gain confidence in my ability to actually change to, eating better & healthier foods. 211
Diabetes for me is composed of three things I need to remind my self everyday. I use a triangle to reminder these three Items because a triangle has three sides 1. Excersies 2. Food eatting the correct types of food 3. Medication & Insulin Taking at right time & giving propper dosage of insulin.
