Don't you hate waking up stiff? Take 2 minutes when you get out of bed to do a few basic stretches. Reach up to the sky and down to the ground. Twist from side to side. You'll loosen your muscles and get the blood flowing through your sleepy body!

    It never ceases to amaze me when I get up feeling tired and I think I'll skip my few minutes of stretching and light exercise, if I convince myself to do it anyway, I feel so much better and you are correct this is how I gave up so much coffee in the am. Many mornings after some light exercise I completely forget I haven't drank any coffee!
