For me as long as I stay flexible with my workouts I stay motivated Let's face it we all have lives that have bumps in the road My life is more of murphy's law What can go wrong will go wrong - For me when my life takes a turn off my main course its just a minor detour. This is the time to go with the flow and make do with what time I have . Life happens don't worry over the bumps in the road.
My plans seems to have to change due to unexpected doctor appointment, family issues and sometimes work related issues, and or just plain life issues
Even if I fail to get in my exercise for that day, or if I went a little overboard with my food intake for the day - tomorrow is a new day. Each day is a new beginning! Yesterday's bump in the road won't affect today's road to travel! 306
Expectation-I expect that I will hit some plateaus along the way. I know that might sound weird, but if I expect to be perfect or to lose weight consistently for months on end, I will be really disappointed. So, I expect that plateaus will come, but, they are bumps in the road, not road blocks!
