I like the way my teeth feel after I brush them...and I know that eating something will ruin that and I don't want to take time to brush them AGAIN. It helps me stop and think before I pop something in my mouth. Try it -- especially at night when you might just be bored & grazing in the kitchen!

I got in the habit of removing my makeup right after dinner instead of waiting until bed time when I am too tired. I also put on my eye cream & other creams then because I am a night owl & when I go to bed late, I don't want to do it then so this helps me make sure it is done ahead of time.
Also floss your teeth right after your last snack in the early evening & brush your teeth so you won't be tempted to eat again.
