I take food grade extracts and add a drop or two.
EG: Mint extract, Peppermint Extract, Orange Extract, Raspberry extract
Find these in the spices aisle of your supermarket. You would normally use them in cooking or baking, but a few drops to your water will make drinking 8+ glasses a day more fun!

    I do this all the time and it really helps. Also, if you don't usually keep these types of items in your home but you buy fruit, squeeze your own juice and add to your water. Cheers emoticon

    i have never thought of this and getting through 8 glasses of water a day is rough. i am finding about now, that i don't even like water i am drinking it so much.

    I like a drop or two of lemon juice or a squeeze of lemon in my water.
