Going to the movies with friends is my motivational goal each week. When I've had a successful week, i.e., exercised, made journal entries and kept my food log, I spend some quality time with my friends at the movies.
To make sure that I don't blow it. I plan my week knowing that I want to have a small treat while watching the movie.

Have a movie night at home instead of going out to the movies is what we do. Turn the lights down low like in the theater, get comfortable & have an intermission where a low cal dessert or low cal popcorn & diet drinks are served. You save money on gas, tickets & snacks at the theater.
When my family orders pizza & a movie on friday nights, I make my own healthily pizza. I use a flat out wrap, fat free pizza sauce, 2% motzorella cheese, turkey pepperoni and lots of veggies! It is very filling & hits the spot. I can enjoy pizza with my family and yet not consume to many calories!
Toast flat for 15mins at 350 degrees, then add sauce and toppings and bake 7 more mins or until cheese melts.
