HABIT I developed for myself from being on SP and needing to drink my 8 glasses of water!!!! I have a higher shelf in the fridge door so it will be untouched by my toddler and out of the way.Plus since I put it in a DESIGNATED SPOT, I'll know how many more to get at the end of the day!

2. CROCKPOT (CP) NIGHT: On eve of Groc Night, clean out fridge & serve Leftover Buffet. Put tomorrow's prepped meal in fridge, & put note on door: Remember To Plug In CP.
3. GROCERY NIGHT: Divide protein into meal-sized portions; freeze or marinate; put everything up, rotating stock FIFO. You have time to do this b/c dinner is ready in the CP when you walk in the door, & there is room in your clean fridge.
4. PRODUCE NIGHT: Usually day after Groc Night. Peel 5lb bag of carrots (cont'd)
& shred some for salad. Cut celery & carrots into sticks, caulif into florets, broccoli into spears, wash lettuce leaves & make salad. Bag all veggies = ready all week for snacks, lunches, & cooking.
5. Schedule Weekly Menu Planning #1, and #2-4 above, in SP appts; make your Weekly Plan happen!
Always make sure your fridge is stocked with fresh fruits and veggies. This may mean shopping a couple times a week, but I guarantee when you open your fridge door and see all the healthy food your diet is so much easier!
