I find that get up and getting out early helps me stay on track and feel positive. Planning a first thing for each day even if only a trip to the library has me think of other things I'd like to do and it keeps me from emotional eating too. I can take care of my emotions and this is one way!

    Since I had to retire my life has seemed kind of aimless other than working on me I find it very boring. I used to plan something for every day many years ago. Think I will have to start doing that again. Thanks for the great idea emoticon

    starting the day out right before eating too helps or walking after breakfast too. emoticon
