Eat lots of celery and parsley to help your body rid itself of water in your ankles, joints. You'll P a lot and be rid of the pain caused by water collecting in your joints. Keep drinking water as normal.

    I agree with this healthy way of ridding ourselfs of unwanted water retention.
    I have found that celery,celery seed,asparagus, and cider vinegar,
    all have a role to play in this.
    It is much easier, and of course healthier, for us to use natural diuretics such as these.
