ALWAYS read the labels on the foods you are picking up. I never thought much of a couple of items I ate regularly and then I read the nutrition label to find it contained over 700mg of sodium. Always read the nutrition lables, even if it does take more of your time. Your health is worth it.
Simply by reading labels you can lower the calories you eat. It may be easy to eat a cookie, "cuz its only one, it can't be that bad"....but if you read the label and see that its 400 cal...I promise, it won't taste as sweet.
