Yo-Yo dieting is bad for your health and metabolism.
Look at a long-term plan that you are able to sustain. Don't completely omit any food groups and when choosing fruits and vegetables, choose a variety of different colors.277267291474
I have looped a yo-yo on my refridgerator door so that it brushes my hand when I put my hand on the handle. Lots of times I play with it instead of eating. At all times it reminds me that I don't want to continue the weight yoyo game.
I'm a slow loser, probably from years of yo-yo dieting I have a lot of weight to lose but have disabilities that keep me from complicates heavy physical exercise. So I walk, a lot.
I've learned for me its consistency, not intensity that keeps me going. For the first time ever, I'm not burning out, I'm still going, still losing after two years! So don't think it's impossible to reach your goal weight, just keep going, it will come off!
