Since there are 24 hrs in a day I've been working out to my aerobics tape/dvd for 45 min a day Monday through Friday everyweek and I've found that it energizes me as well as tones me up and takes the pounds off.

More Information:

Aerobics is a fun way to exercise but I would use anything that works out the entire body. For me this works wonders.
