Having the right sports bra has helped me to run, jump, and play harder since I'm not as worried about extra bounce. Title Nine (titlenine.com) has a bra for every body type. They also have bra fitters to help you determine the best bra for you.

  • No matter what size I have been, I have always struggled to find regular or sports bra's that fit. With weight coming off and needing more control for yoga and gym, this has been even more frustrating. Plus, with ever changing sizes, who has the money to invest in the real quality bras that will only be wearable for a couple of months? Once I get to my goal weight, I really need to have a fitting. - by 1LAZYCOOK
