Hot Herbal Tea To Nix Nighttime Snacking




If I've used up all my day's calories but still have the munchies at night, I make a cup of hot herbal tea, sweetened with stevia. It is sweet and comforting, occupies the mouth and hands til the urge to munch has passed, and even fills the belly for a *little* while.

More Information:

Sometimes I add a dash of skim milk to make it feel more like a treat. Note: Make sure you use DECAF tea, and maybe even something like a "tension tamer", "sleepytime" or "calming" tea.
