pick up a rotisserie chicken from your local supermarket. Remove the skin and dice meat, place meat on cookie sheet in freezer. when frozen, place in freezer bag. Now when you need a quick lunch or dinner. just pull out the needed amount for salad, or sauté or any quick meal
I have always found it easier to lose weight when I make the healthy option easier than the unhealthy. Everybody wants a quick meal so they turn to drive-through and microwavable dinners/lunches. I found the easiest way for me to lose weight is prepare healthy foods once a week and put them in front of the refrigerator. Whenever I am in a hurry looking for a bite to eat, I have healthy meals and snacks faster than I would have something filled with fat!
