It's so important to find a few things you like and mix them up. Our bodies adapt to what we do consistently - so if we only walk, or only do one type of cardio - eventually our bodies will resist us. Find a couple of things you enjoy and mix up the days you do them on!

I got stuck at a plateau for over four weeks, but my workouts were intense. SparkPeople upped my calories, but I wasn't sure it was right, so I didn't change at first. I was stuck for a couple more weeks. I decided to "trust" this site and learn from it. Since I upped my calories two weeks ago, I've lost four pounds. They really do know what they are talking about. :)
Wall push-ups are a good way to get more upper-body exercise when you may not have time for floor push-ups, or maybe you're not so great at floor push-ups. They benefit chest, shoulders, arms/triceps, and core muscles. Step back just a little (safely) to "lean into the wall" more, and make the push-ups a bit more challenging. If you need to protect a wall from natural oil from your hands, try wearing non-slip or rubber gloves.
