I sit down every Sunday alone and I re-comment to my weight loss goals and challenges. I find new races to enter, I look at my routines via my exercise journal and analyze if I need to increase what I am doing because I am bored or I just need to increase because my body has adjusted.
This helps me because I stay fresh, centered and motivated to do new things and have new goals accomplished week after week.
