I really hate to exercise, it would cause so much pain. I needed to build up the muscles! So I started water jogging. Same benefits, much more fun, and no pain. You'll feel like noodle when you get out of the water though ;)
I am finding that the heated pool is sooo good for me. I love doing my Water Jogging, Aqua, and Swimming 6 days a week. I also find the cold iced water with a dash of lemon is very good,I drink it constantly over 15 glasses a day! 345
