This bread is very good. I picked it up yesterday because one serving equals an 8oz glass of milk (calcium). In fact, it contains 30% of the calcium I need daily! Two slices is a serving containing 100 calories and 5 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, 23 carbs.

My DW eats like I do & we usually don't change the brand of food because we've checked nutrition levels. Yesterday she went shopping & came home with a "New" bread, Sara Lee Whole Grain White, "& it wasn't nearly as expensive as the other whole grain breads". For lunch today we had homemade chicken vegetable soup, a (fat free) toasted cheese sandwich & raw veggies on the side. I thought, Wow, this bread is really smooth, I wondered what new technique they had discovered to process the bread.
I helped clean up after lunch & went to enter my lunch to track carbs (for my diabetes) and took the bread to enter the new nutrition information. Surprise SURPRISE! In small type, in front of the "Whole Grain White", the figures 35% appeared. 35% Whole Grain White. !!!BEWARE PACKAGING INFO!!!
