Don't let "formal exercise programs" discourage you.... instead let you passion drive you to success! I've learned that I absolutely love dancing. Each of us has a different sweet spot. What ever your passion is, work it and work it consistently. Before you know it, you'll exceed your fitness goals.

During running, instead of stopping for a rest as soon as your legs start to ache, find a spot of few feet in front of you and say to yourself 'I'll stop when I get there' and when you get to that spot find another spot a few feet in front of you and repeat.
It works for me! I find that I'm not actually as achey/tired as my body is telling me I am! As long as I give myself a point in front of me that isnt too far away, and keep going like that I find I always reach my target without stopping.
I always find the farthest parking spot from the door to park in at work, or the mall, or the grocery store. (As long as it is a safe spot...) I work in a large building and find reasons to walk back and forth from one end to the other as often as possible during the day. 185
