I had to do Wall Push Ups and Closed Wall Push Ups for shoulder therapy, but it was difficult if the muscles were cold.

I talked to my doctor, invested in a GOOD no-slip bath mat for the shower, turned on the steam and now I'm up to three sets of 30 each every morning! emoticon
