I cook using only recipies that show the total calories per serving and carbs. I will only experiment with recipies that have less than 300 calories and under 9 carbs per serving. This helps my family as well as myself to maintain control of my diet.
You only need a computer or cook book.
If you have a big TV with the place to plug in the computer; you could put your computer to your TV and watch and do the Sparkpeople's exercises. It will make it easier to use the computer with the TV and you'll have more space to do the exercises.
