Getting up early and getting my cardio in keeps me motivated throughout the day to continue to shed inches and fight cravings.

MORE INFORMATION:
I bought an elliptical in March, which has made it much easier for me to roll out of bed and get at least 30 minutes in. I am typically not a morning person.

    Morning workouts was the behavior that I was able to accomplish in 2012. If I don't get exercise in in the early AM, it doesn't happen. I recruited my neighbor to be each other's workout buddy. We meet 5 days per week at 4:30 am. It keeps us both on track.

    i am also struggling for my morning workouts. I think Its the best time to exercise.

    I'm still struggling to get morning workouts in. Occasionally, when I've gotten a chance to workout in the mornings, it's been great! It really sets the tone for the rest of the day! Hopefully I can make the permanent adjustments!

    For me these morning workouts mean I have energy to meet the day head on!
Meaning my brain works much better because my body is tuned up!!!

    I get up early to go to gym with my DH at least 5 days a week
and It helps me get the day started.
