I follow the rule . . . even if I don't feel like exercising I try for at least 15 minutes and if I still don't feel like it after 15 minutes I quit but more times than most after 15 minutes I keep going and before I know it my workout session is over with. Am I feel happy that I did my workout!!

    Yesterday, I woke up with a headache, cramps, and other lovelies thanks to my period. I convinced myself that I would do at least 10 minutes of yoga. Once I started, I actually felt better, and ended up doing 45 minutes!

    emoticon I start with just 5 minutes. Then keep adding 1 - 1 minute to it.. Well then after 30 minutes I feel proud to have accomplished my session. emoticon emoticon emoticon
