If you are having a hard time fitting in your servings of fruit or veggies, try going to your local supermarket or health food store and look for organic no sugar added fruit strips. Most contain 1/2 to 1 serving of fruit per bar, usually only 30-70 calories and taste YUMMY! It's an easy way to add in your extra fruit without adding sugar and calories!

You can usually find them beside the kids gummies and fruit snacks. They come in great flavors too like Pomegranate, Wild Berry and Raspberry. Try them!
