I belong to a Senior Center that just loves to line dance. We go 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. I am really soaking wet with sweat when I am finished. I have been loosing weight as i hate missing any day of it.

I have done line dancing for exercise in the past. It was really a fun type of exercise. Or really any type of dancing or movement. I think I will try to find some line dancing classes somewhere to add to my fitness program soon. 33
As I drive to and from work I dance to the music on the radio. It started with sucking in my stomach and stretching my back and has advanced to swaying, twisting and contracting my butt. The 45 minute drive doesn't seem so long, my back no longer hurts when I drive and I am wearing a smaller size pant.
One of the Spark aricles call this "car dancing" I am referring o it as "butt dancing".
