How I Get In My 8 Cups Of Water

I was never a plain water drinker but have found a solution that works for me. I have a 21oz glass and use it with each meal to get in the water; I also drink 8 oz before bed...Water solution....SOLVED!

The bathroom runs are ridiculous but when facing goals we all must do what must be done to get the job done

    I also added non-caffeinated herbal tea to my repoitoire. It staves any type of craving during the day and contributes to the water goal!

    I will have to try that slice of cucumber idea.

    I love adding a slice of cucumber or a slice of citrus. They barely alter the taste, but give water an "essence".
