Kick boxing burns more calories than walking dvds. about 5X more! For the same amount of time working out. So if you can handle 30mins of exercise... it'd be worth it to do the kick boxing like taebo or sparks kickboxing. Doing this just 1x a day for a week equals enough calories burned to =1lb of fat lost!
