Stay On Track Calendar




I love the Stay On Track Calendar. It gives me a monthly view that not only shows me days I've forgotten to track, but also helps me identify problems - like, if I'm eating too much, or not exercising enough on the weekends!

More Information:

You can access the calendar by clicking the My Tools - Reports menu option at the top of the page. On the Reports page, scroll down to the Weight and Other Reports section, and you will find the Calendar on the left side of the page.
