I love the Stay On Track Calendar. It gives me a monthly view that not only shows me days I've forgotten to track, but also helps me identify problems - like, if I'm eating too much, or not exercising enough on the weekends!

You can access the calendar by clicking the My Tools - Reports menu option at the top of the page. On the Reports page, scroll down to the Weight and Other Reports section, and you will find the Calendar on the left side of the page.

    I love the food tracker and the exercise tracker, I used to only use them on "certain" days of the week when it was convenient now I use them all of the time. emoticon

    Last month I tried to comment on each day. It was mainly a way to be sure I posted each day. Next month I will read it every day; but, only comment on the days that I feel I have something to say.
