    I find if I don't do my exercises first thing in the morning, I tend to let them slide for the day. Not always, but more often than not. Exercise in the morning, absolutely!

    I too just love early mornings & I have found that when I stay up late at night is when I am more likely to " binge " . EARLY TO BED & EARLY TO RISE WORKS THE BEST FOR ME .

    A few morning exercises......are always a pick me up
get me awake and...moving.....But I do the others in the evening

    I am with you, ready to go to the gym at 4:45 AM, but come 4:45 PM with 90 minutes left to my work day, I can hardly keep my eyes open.

    me too! i am just not an afternoon person! altho, i truly enjoy walking in the evenings with my daughter when she comes over!! and i guess i really enjoy walking and listening to my i pod when the weather is beautiful! but as for my GOTTA DO IT routine; its exercise in the morning! emoticon
