Find a great tea and love it! Drinking tea is a great way to get in more water each day. You can sweeten it with honey or nothing at all and it keeps you from getting bored with the traditional add-ins like lemons or cucumbers to flavor it. Drinking a good unsweetened tea can also help protect you from some of the negative side effects of artificial sweeteners! Create your own Tea Time!

    I was wondering if I could use tea instead of water! I have a real hard time with water, but I love tea!
