Start with 2 oz. of pure unsweetened cranberry juice...the kind you get in the healthy food section at the grocery store. The ingredients will say cranberry juice and water...nothing more. Absolutely No high fructose corn syrup a Next, you add 4 to 6 oz's of spring water and at least a tablespoon of lemon, plus 1 to 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar. You can add stevia if you like....It's wonderful for cleansing the liver, kidney's and really it's just plain good for you.
and it's an excellent diuretic as well.
