    As a person who has serious ongoing depression, I find my most challenging exercise in the day is lifting myself out of bed in the morning. Lol

    Watching the grandkids today, so limited time. I tried one of the short cardio videos w/Coach Nicole: 11 minute seated cardio. Every little bit counts! 79 calories torched! YAY! emoticon
