Now that the daylight lasts longer, I keep a pair of walking shoes in the car, my drive home takes me past or close to several walking paths. By keeping the shoes in the car I can stop on a whim to walk - 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or longer - whatever the evening schedule allows331

I keep an extra pair of shoes and socks in the trunk of my car so I can throw them on and get some walking in sometimes like if I find I have a little extra time, or see a trail or park that looks inviting, or for any other time when I might be able to take a short quick walk. Great way to get in some more exercise, whether it's 10 minutes or half an hour.
When I'm feeling stressed and want to snack on junk. I find taking a walk , like on my 15min break, getting outside does the trick. By the time I end my little walk I no longer have the desire for a junky snack at all.311
