Take small steps, start out 30 minutes a day with a routine you enjoy. After a while you want to do more. I have been going now for 35 days 60 minutes each day. I am really seeing a difference in how my clothes fit and the scale has moved a bit too.

I was never a plain water drinker but have found a solution that works for me. I have a 21oz glass and use it with each meal to get in the water; I also drink 8 oz before bed...Water solution....SOLVED!

While I am waiting for the hair conditioner to work its magic, I use that time to do waist twists with arm punches in the shower. I plant my feet solidly on the shower floor and twist back and forth while doing forward arm punches toward the shower spray. It gives me 2 minutes of strength training and core work, plus I use that 2 minutes wisely!
You can get up to 200 twists done!
