Just Do It



Take small steps, start out 30 minutes a day with a routine you enjoy. After a while you want to do more. I have been going now for 35 days 60 minutes each day. I am really seeing a difference in how my clothes fit and the scale has moved a bit too.

  • Hello Susie, thats exactly how i started out. just 30 minutes a day and it gradually went up because i wasn't getting tired and i wanted to keep going. I now walk 45 in the morning and 60 in the evening. I've lost a few pounds and if i keep it up i will need a belt to keep my pants from falling off,ha. - by TRUDY2010
