What Choices Will I Make Today To Further My Goals?



As I drive to work, I ask myself this question. It sticks in my head so that, as I go through my day, the food I choose, the route I walk, the way I spend my time are geared towards moving the scale down this week.

More Information:

I have a LOT of weight to lose, so I set a medium goal of losing 6 lbs this month and a short term goal of losing 1.5 this week. My question keeps that focus front and center!
