A Failure To Plan Is A Plan To Fail.



How do we plan? Going to the grocery store and buying healthy foods then tracking them on our nutritional tracker. Or, by making a fitness plan and following up with cardio and strength training. If we have no plan we WILL fail.

    Today I printed out the shopping list for the upcoming week and purchased it. It took a couple of hours, but wow, I'm so proud that I made that big step. My plan is for the upcoming week to follow the eating plan and USE the food I bought. NO WASTING FOOD!! Because I hate it when that happens.
    I also scheduled a training session for Monday at my local gym!
    Yay me!

  • I'm reading the "BECK DIET SOLUTION" as Judith Beck, PhD uses Cognitive Therapy to lose and keep weight off (she teaches how to THINK like a THIN person). She says you MUST make a plan and stay with that plan. She gives lots of answers to that VOICE in your head that pushes food or tells lies. - by JIBBIE49
