I have trouble sleeping. Sometimes it's because I cannot turn by brain off from a busy day, I think too much, I must surf the 'net. Sometimes I just can't sleep. No reason. Ha ha. Work out two days in a row with 4 hours of sleep each night ... and pass out before the family!

Sleep. It does a body gooooood ...

    I was having the same problem. I was popping sleeping pills like it was going out of style. Its not good to depend on that stuff. I was told to write down in a journal or anywhere for that matter an hr or so before I normally would go to bed. And write down anything that's on my mind, or whats bothering me, etc. Then tell myself ok, im putting this away for the night, and if it needs to be addressed again, then I will do so tomorrow.
Now im was un easy that this would work. I mean I had EXTREME insomnia , I couldn't shut off my thoughts.... but now a week later im able to sleep as soon as the lights go out and without taking any sleeping pills.

    For those that have trouble sleeping or falling asleep the vitamin Melatonin is available over the counter and is the same hormone that your body produces to fall asleep. Melatonin is most effective when taken 30 min-1 hour before you decide to hit the sheets. Also, make sure all tv's and anything distracting is off in your bedroom, light prevents your body from producing Melatonin, even light from the tv. If you don't like vitamins, Benadryl does the same thing but be careful how much you use. 1 capsule for most is enough, 2 capsules can leave you feeling groggy and tired in the morning.
