I have trouble sleeping. Sometimes it's because I cannot turn by brain off from a busy day, I think too much, I must surf the 'net. Sometimes I just can't sleep. No reason. Ha ha. Work out two days in a row with 4 hours of sleep each night ... and pass out before the family!

Part of staying healthy is getting lots of sleep. I try to get a nap each day. Once you can't get enough sleep during the night, make sure you get some sleep during the day. Even if you intended for it to be a nap and it ended up being a sleep. It is better. Getting you sleep renews you mind and you are able to think better. 10243
