Healthy Peanut Butter Toast

Place 1 T peanut butter on hot, freshly toasted whole wheat bread, then add 1 T fruit jam, or honey on top of the peanut butter. The heat from the toast and the liquid in the jam makes the smaller amount of peanut butter easy to spread and you aren't tempted to add more to get to the edges.

I meant capital T for tablespoon. A Tablespoon of peanut butter (diet0 gives you some wonderful protein and the right kind of fat. Thanks for asking!!

    I have this every morning with tea. I recommend reduced fat peanut butter. Delish!

    One of my favorite snacks...peanut butter on toast with dill pickles :) YUMMY! Sounds odd but the sweet and salty mix well together.

I blame my Mom for me liking this combo; she craved this concoction her entire pregnancy with me.

    A capital T is generally for Tbl (tablespoon) and a small t is tsp (teaspoon).

Which are you trying to say? Great idea if tsp but triple the calories for Tbl.
