When I get tired of dieting, which I never do anymore. I just grab a glass of water and drink instead of eat. I have gotten used to grabbing that glass of water instead of food. Now, if it is as simple as that to lose weight, then I should be on my way!
My husband drinks soda all day long so it's always been easier to just grab a drink of whatever he was drinking instead of getting my own drink.Then I decided that I wanted to try drinking water as was suggessted to me by my cousin Kathy who is also on this journey with me.I am currently down 13 lbs. by doing light excercizes and just drinking water instead of the soda.
