Too many times we let the negative talk get us down. I always try and stay positive by telling myself 3 times a day something positive and good about myself. I also write a daily gratitude journal at night.

The best way to lose weight is to be kind to yourself. This means treating yourself well: eating healthy foods, exercising that wonderful body you are housed in, and taking care of yourself emotionally, spiritually and financially. It also means you should not berate yourself or beat yourself up when things aren't "perfect." Be as kind to yourself as you would be to your best friend and your own children.
When you love and respect yourself, it is much easier to do kind things for you. If you treat yourself the same way you would treat a close friend, you will find that your success is much closer than you think. It is when you beat yourself up that you set up for failure.
