I workout at home a lot and my way of getting my workouts in is to just commit to the first 5 minutes. Even if you dont feel like it just tell yourself "Im only doing 5 minutes and if I still doing feel like working out I'll turn it off" Every time that I've done that I end up doing the whole video. Once you get through the warm up section time just flies by because you're having fun. :)

Whenever I don't feel like exercising I ask myself...."will this 20 to 30 minutes kill me?" The answer is "No...but if I don't lose this weight something will"....The reality of not being here for my family if I don't push myself is what makes me get up and push play everyday....
I've been doing P90X and the thing they say the most to keep you motivated is "just keep pushing play." So when I don't feel like working out, I just push play on the dvds and eventually I get into it.
