When I'm tired, I can get downcast very easily! Last night was one of those times. I thought about how I felt this morning, and decided INSTEAD of dwelling on how I'm feeling, JUST GO TO BED and in the morning I'll feel so differently. Seems simple enough! :-) And it worked! I got 8 1/2 hours of sleep and feel much better this morning.

  • I can relate to this. Go to bed after a business stressful day always works for me. I just put in my mind that everything will be better in the morning and I relax for an 8 hour sleep. emoticon - by HUNTERMI
  • Love this since I often have often had difficulty with this. When I am tired I used to mope and snack. Going to bed helps. I often don't realize I really am simply tired and am now learning to recognize signals from my body. Thanks for putting this into words! - by CIVIAV
