I love peanut butter on toast. I also love for it to melt into the bread and so, I spread a lot of peanut butter on the toast. Then, I smooth it off with my knife. I don't measure the portion size and serving because when I take off the peanut butter I know I have less than a tablespoon but I've teased myself with a little more of a treat. It makes me feel happy and full through my morning gym workout! Yum!
