Itís hard to get back on track when we've fallen off the wagon. The important thing is to be realistic when starting over. You had to work your way up to [running 2 miles a day] so don't feel discouraged if you have to work your way to that goal again. Be realistic with yourself and your workout and you will be back on track in no time!

    This is sooo true. Stop beating yourself up over the "failure" and start rejoicing over what you did "right". It just makes everything easier.
