This Sparked Me!

I found that going to My Sparkpoints is a great way to explore all that this site has to offer. Until I read all the ways to get points, I didn't know about Trivia, or Secrets of Success. When I click "view sparkpoints" it reminds me of all the different ways Sparkpeople supports me on my fitness quest, with articles, blogs, teams, recipes. There is such a wealth of info here.

I agree - Doing the Sparkpoints list gave me a guideline to follow to experience this website fully. I continue to "do my points" to continue this full experience. It's how I find interesting blogs, useful articles and health news, and so forth.

In fact, when we had "Brain Games" on the list, I started doing those for the challenge and the 3 points. When they were dropped, because they were so helpful, I went to other sites to continue the brain exercises.

And now, because of these computer games and challenges I was brave enough to try, even though it's been 16 years since my severe head injury, my brain continues to heal beyond the neurologists' expectations! Thank you Spark!!!

I think the sparkpoints are a good motivation as well, along with the awards that you get for staying consistent with your workout and dieting. I love it! emoticon
