Working nights and getting home late, I sometimes find it hard to sleep. I've taken to putting my yoga mat out next to my bed before I go to work. When I get home, instead of sitting on the couch watching TV until I'm tired enough to sleep, I get in a quick yoga session. Stretches me out, relaxes me after a long night, and gets me ready to sleep.

I am not a fan of exercise DVDs, but I got this one recently and it is very good! I have been doing some yoga poses for a few months for stretching and flexibility and this is giving me more to increase my repertoire!
I have found that doing a yoga DVD first thing in the morning gets me energized and feeling great for the day ahead. When I come home from work I actually WANT to take a walk instead of being exhausted.
