    I have seen this blog one too many times and although it is good advice I think you could come up with something newer and fresher....this has been around for the last 5 years.

    Like you, I'm trying to improve my posture, which means sitting or standing taller and pulling in my abdominal muscles. I've been working for several months and see some improvement, but have a room for improvement.

    I've put a sticky note on the corner of my computer screen "Posture" . Sure reminds me to put my shoulders back ! emoticon

    I do the same thing at home or wherever I am. Also stretch my leg muscles by standing on my tip toes for a few seconds whenever I stand up!

    Never hurts to sit and/or stand taller. Holding your stomach in while sitting is good as is holding it in while standing/walking. I try to remember to do this often. emoticon

    I try to focused on my posture during the day. I have a terrible habit of slouching. But I have always heard that if you have good posture, it helps your back and your stomach stay strong.
