I am trying to sit taller and hold in my stomach while sitting at my work desk. Just a little way to incorporate some exercise throughout the day.

    I've put a sticky note on the corner of my computer screen "Posture" . Sure reminds me to put my shoulders back ! emoticon

    I do the same thing at home or wherever I am. Also stretch my leg muscles by standing on my tip toes for a few seconds whenever I stand up!

    Never hurts to sit and/or stand taller. Holding your stomach in while sitting is good as is holding it in while standing/walking. I try to remember to do this often. emoticon

    I try holding my stomach in as I walk, as I sit and when I am riding.

    I try to focused on my posture during the day. I have a terrible habit of slouching. But I have always heard that if you have good posture, it helps your back and your stomach stay strong.
