I am trying to sit taller and hold in my stomach while sitting at my work desk. Just a little way to incorporate some exercise throughout the day.

    I do the same thing at home or wherever I am. Also stretch my leg muscles by standing on my tip toes for a few seconds whenever I stand up! - by DUCKY2222

  • Never hurts to sit and/or stand taller. Holding your stomach in while sitting is good as is holding it in while standing/walking. I try to remember to do this often. emoticon - by PROPMAN1
