I drink between 1/2 to 3/4 cup of 100% grapefruit juice before breakfast and lunch every day. Not only does it have vitamin c, but it is full of filling fiber that helps me eat less during my meal and keep me regular.

    IF any of you take prescription medication ... check the warning labels... Sometimes the grapefruit juice will cause your medications to go through your system too quickly and you do not get the full benefits you need!! (some of those meds are: Blood Pressure Meds, and Psych/depression meds)

    This is a good idea. During one of my weightloss periods I ate a grapefruit a day. There are some medications that don't work right if taken with grapefruit or grapefruit juice. My husband takes one of those and I need to recheck my meds for how long I would have to wait

    It is as good having squeezed lemons or limes in hot water before a meal. I feel great, I didn't get sick long time.
